Refund policy

Every bag of 29 Bombs Coffee is roasted in small batches for your order, so we can't accept returns of coffee that was shipped as ordered.

Wrong orders

If we sent you the wrong coffee, the wrong size or the wrong quantity, we'll make it right with a full refund for the incorrect item. Just email hello@29bombscoffee.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. You don't need to send the coffee back.

Subscriptions

You can skip or cancel a subscription anytime before your next order is processed. Orders that have already been roasted and shipped follow the policy above.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to show up.
