I was able to dial in this medium roast on my Moka Pot on the 2nd Brew! It extracted great and provides a rich and pleasant flavor with just a hint of acidity! Once I ran out and had to revert to a dark roast bean, it was obvious that this coffee really stands out!

Glad I found Amboy and 29Bomb. It's my favorite morning go-to for my at home espressos now. Got it dialed in for my machine and now it's producing a very satisfying rich bold flavor. Gets the day started on the right foot.
