Farm to cup
Heirloom Ethiopian varieties grown between 1,900 and 2,200 meters, which gives the beans exceptional density and complexity. The cherries are handpicked and sun dried on raised beds, letting the fruit sugars infuse the beans for extra sweetness and body.
How to brew it
Shines as pour-over or drip, where the floral character comes through. Also makes a lush espresso if you like a brighter shot.
The name
Named after the tarantula hawk, the iridescent blue wasp with fiery orange wings you see around Twentynine Palms in the warmest months. Striking, bold and not to be underestimated.
