Wonder Valley is our first natural (dry) processed coffee, and its berry-forward flavor does not disappoint. Expect strawberry, rum and dark cocoa, with a balance of bitter and sweet and a long, smooth finish. For anyone who loves full-flavored, fruit-first coffee.

Grown between 1,600 and 1,700 meters in Peru from Caturra, Typica and Bourbon varieties. The whole coffee cherries are dried naturally over 3 to 4 weeks, which gives the beans their berry-forward flavor.

How to brew it

Makes a very flavorful espresso, and perhaps an even better americano. Great as drip or pour-over too.

The name

Keep driving past Twentynine Palms and things start to fall away. In 1978, Navy jets accidentally dropped 32 bombs on Wonder Valley, and nobody seemed to notice. If you like something interesting without pretense, you will like Wonder Valley a lot.
